Q: I don’t remember my username and password. How can I get this information?
A: Your username and password information was sent to you prior to the start of your first semester here at QCC. If you don’t have your login information, contact the Registrar’s Office at 508-854-4257, or stop by Room 152A (Administration Building) from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You must present some form of photo identification, preferably your QCC student id card or driver’s license. Please note that the Registrar’s Office will not release this information over the telephone.

Note: Be sure to keep your portal password in a safe place and don’t share it with anyone.
Q: How do I change my portal password?
A: You can change your password for The Q by first logging in and selecting the Personal Info link next to your name at the top of the page, then selecting the Password link. Enter your current password in the “Old Password” field and your new password in the two fields listed as “New Password” and “Confirm Password”. Then hit the Submit button.
When changing your password, the following rules apply:
Use only letters (upper and/or lower case) and numbers.
Use no more than eight (8) characters total.
Note: When changing your password, be aware that it is case sensitive. For example, if you entered: “Books75” as your new password, do not enter “books75”, as it will not work.
